Attention reader(s): We’re excited to announce that the blog will now be featuring slightly better pictures. Thanks to our friends at M2 Photography, we’re now equipped with the tools and the motivation to capture better pictures. Lucky you!

I’m still working out how to best process all the pictures we’ve been taking, so here’s a quick recap of the last few days. We started off with an evening over at M2 headquarters where Michael and Melissa gave us a crash course in photography and veggie burgers. The rest of the week was pretty much a wash out, so fast forward to yesterday and Grounds for Sculpture with Ben/Cait and Brileen. Grounds for Sculpture is a beautiful open air gallery of all kinds of sculpture art. They’re currently featuring the work of Seward Johnson which are mainly these incredibly realistic cast bronze sculptures. The whole area is great to walk around in, and the last time we were there was actually for Ben and Cait’s wedding. Beers and World Cup action followed with Michelle and I bailing early to get some sleep.

Today was Father’s Day, and we spent it tailgating with my parents and then watching the Phillies lose to the Cubs. The game was so-so, but the highlight for everyone was participating in what was, by far, the best crowd wave in history. I think it went around three times with all three seating levels synchronized.
